Purpose: The overarching goal of the Patient Care Technician (PCT) is to deliver quality care to KidneySPA patients, while continuously maximizing the patient experience. The PCT is responsible for direct patient care, which includes the performance of hemodialysis and other clinical techniques and procedures, daily patient care, and observations under the direction, supervision, and guidance of a Registered Nurse. Schedule Availability: We are seeking candidates with flexible schedule availability, including Monday/Wednesday/Friday (MWF), Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday (TTS), and/or the ability to cover shifts across varying days as needed.
