As a Strategic Sourcing Lead within PNC's Supply Chain Management organization, you will operate as a senior-level sourcing professional, driving complex initiatives and shaping category strategies that deliver enterprise-wide value. This role is primarily based in Pittsburgh, PA, with responsibilities requiring regular presence in the office or field. Certain tasks may be performed remotely at the manager's discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Ownership
- Lead development and execution of category strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Drive complex RFx events from ideation through contract execution, ensuring strategic alignment and risk mitigation.
- Act as a subject matter expert, influencing sourcing decisions and advising senior stakeholders.
- Identify and implement innovative sourcing solutions and operational improvements.
Cross-Functional Engagement
- Serve as a key liaison between business units and Supply Chain Management, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Lead steering committees and governance forums to communicate progress and strategic outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to optimize performance and value delivery.
Tactical Excellence
- Negotiate high-value, complex contracts with a focus on risk management and compliance.
- Oversee contract lifecycle management, including renewals and pipeline prioritization.
- Support broader Supply Chain Management processes and enterprise initiatives as needed.

Primary Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Network Optimization Senior Manager will lead the design, analysis, and execution of supply chain network strategies across our large-scale distribution operations. In this role, you will:
Partner with our Engineering teams to understand technology requirements and business objectives. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies for both highly specialized optical components and the Contract Manufacturer who assemble them.
Manage the supply chain from initial prototype builds through to production readiness, focusing on setting a foundation for future scaling. This involves managing direct relationships with specialized optical suppliers and ensuring our CMs effectively manage their own sub-tier supply base..
Accurately capture NRE, tooling, capital equipment, and material costs. Negotiate competitive pricing, terms, and conditions with both component suppliers and CMs to secure supply and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Partner closely with our Legal team to draft and finalize legal agreements (e.g., Purchase Agreements, Statements of Work) that secure pricing, capacity, and quality commitments.

Job Description
The Storeroom Purchasing Agent is responsible for all food storage and issuing of storeroom items. Agent is responsible for ensuring that goods are received per specifications and all items are issued per requisition. Additionally, the cleanliness, sanitary, safety and orderly condition of the storage facilities and the dock are a direct and daily responsibility.
Responsibilities
* Receive, date, price and rotate all items.
* Verify products are received in good condition, quality control.
* Prepare daily receiving reports.
* Track and maintain all guest related shipping and receiving as needed.
* Fill daily requisitions and deliver products and supplies to departments as needed. Obtain signatures on all requisitions.
* Maintain clean and organized storerooms and dock area.
* Assist in maintaining clean and organized coolers and freezers.
* Responsible for the upkeep of storeroom carts, dollies, pallet jacks, scales, etc.
* Assist in performing all necessary month-end inventories.
* Ensure only authorized personnel have physical access to the storerooms. Inform manager immediately if any unauthorized personnel are in the storerooms.
* Communicate with outside vendors to get items that are needed. Communicate with purchasing manager any new vendor interests and updated vendor contact information.
* Perform all activities in a professional manner and in accordance with company policy.
* Control food inventories, maintaining a set par level.
* Assist in the daily ordering of products and/or services for departments.
* Maintain Birchstreet Inventory Module to include submitting requisitions, fulfilling requisitions, new part numbers, orphan items, inventory transfers and any other tasks associated with this module
* Verify and receive all invoices for the day in Birch Street.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have previous experience in an administrative role. Additionally, candidates must meet the following criteria:

* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail.
* Superior organizational and time management skills.
