We are seeking to hire an experienced Commercial Roofer to join our Production Team. As a member of the Production Team, you and other members of a roofing crew are responsible for replacing existing roof systems and installing new roof systems on commercial buildings.
Hourly Pay: $22.00 to $33.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Complete the initial safety and technical training onboarding
Demolition and removal of existing roofing material
Loading and unloading roofing material and equipment
Assisting the production crew with laying out material as needed
Learning the basic technical details of various roof systems
Maintaining a clean and safe work site
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives

Experience Requirements:
3+ Years of experience in Commercial Roofing
Experienced with PVC, TPO, Sheet Metal, and Mod Bit Roofing details
Minimum Employment Requirements;
Clear a National, State, and Local Background Check
3-Year Motor Vehicle Record meeting standards to drive company vehicles. (If hired as a driver)
Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen &
Complete Post Hire fit for duty screening.
Pass the 90-day introductory period.
BASIC COMPUTER LITERACY REQUIRED
Qualifications:
40-60 Hour Work Weeks.
Consistent & Reliable Timeliness & Attendance.
Rotating (1) weekend per month On-Call Schedule.
Periodic, Regional, and overnight stays for job completion.
Ability to operate mobile technology systems & programs.
Willingness to learn from other technicians & direct supervisors.
Must be trustworthy and willing to work for periods unsupervised.
Excellent communicator, both oral and written- Customer Service skill set.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at roofing job sites. The weather work environment and job sites can be extremely hot or extremely cold. This position is performed inside and outside.

The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. 🏢 Company: Gregory Construction
Gregory Construction, a Christian-principled, award-winning contractor, is looking for Skilled Laborers to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support heavy civil and mission-critical projects such as data centers, with opportunities to use and grow skills in pipe handling, grading, underground utilities, and concrete.
What You'll Do:
Assist with site prep, excavation, trenching, and backfilling.
Support crews with underground utility installation and concrete work.
Operate and maintain hand tools and small equipment safely.
Keep job sites organized, clean, and safe.
Work as part of a team to meet project goals and deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
Previous construction experience (pipe handling, grading, utilities, or concrete preferred).
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Strong work ethic, teamwork, and commitment to safety.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience on mission-critical or data center projects.
Familiarity with basic grade checking and small equipment operation.
OSHA 10/30 certification.
