**Airtron is currently seeking** **Startup Technicians** **for our location in** **Frederick, MD.**
**You'll be part of the Startup team to help deliver exceptional HVAC service and maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems. Currently offering a $4,000 sign-on bonus for all new hires.**
**What you'll do as a Startup Tech** + Work under supervision to install heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment and other products, following all safety rules and manufacturer specifications + Test systems to ensure proper functioning or perform start-ups as needed + Identify and report to manager any issues that arise during installation + Provide excellent customer service + Complete paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner + Fabricate and install various ducts and duct fittings as required. + Follow safety policies and procedures. **Minimum qualifications and what you'll need to be able to do** + Be at least 18 years old + High school diploma or GED + 1+ HVAC service experience + EPA Certification + Solder/Brazing skills + Good verbal and written communication skills + Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing + Beginner computing skills and able to use a computer, laptop or tablet. + Basic proficiency in navigating the internet and email software such as Microsoft Outlook + Valid driver's license required + Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be required **What it's like to work at Airtron** + **Safety Culture.** Airtron is committed to safety and it's our #1 company value.
