Primary Purpose of Position This position provides fleet wide support for the Reactor Services (RXS) Organization. The Sr Dry Cask Storage (DCS) Specialist is responsible for the thorough planning and execution of DCS campaigns across the fleet. These responsibilities include ensuring readiness with equipment, tooling, work order planning, scheduling, procedure development, technical support, preventative maintenance improvements, and ensuring safe work practices are adhered to throughout execution. Sr DCS Specialists support DCS loading campaigns at various locations and specifics of support can vary depending on skills and qualifications of the individuals. Primary Purpose of Position Demonstrates mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge in carrying out assignments associated with the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and modification of plant specific nuclear licensed operations training programs. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Drives the clean energy center (CEC) and personnel performance improvement through the use of training.
