General Summary of Position:
As a key member of the internal communications content team, this role will strategically shape how we bring business stories to life for NRG's employees. **Job Summary:**

Summary:
Sr. SAP Developer with strong technical knowledge, responsible for developing, designing, maintaining, and enhancing SAP applications in SAP CRM & SAP IS-U modules to support front-office and back-office processes for the utility industry.
Specifically: Hands on development experience in SAP CRM (Customer Interaction Center, Sales, and Service processes), and SAP ISU/CCS. Expertise in UI5 Development, OData Services, SOAP & REST web services, middleware monitoring and troubleshooting. **Job Summary:**
This position is responsible for the retention of selected high value Business segment customers, acting as the 1:1 "face" of NRG brands consulting on all customer electricity needs. The individual in this role must possess analytical skills, be highly knowledgeable in the front and back office CCS system and have a high degree of knowledge of current electricity products. This person must also be proficient in high bill resolution as well as energy efficiency and conservation principles. **Essential Duties/Responsibilities:**
+ Consultant will be assigned to specific Business accounts (approximately 200 - 500) to act as the liaison between the customer and NRG.
+ Consultant will be judged on his/her ability to meet or exceed targets for business sales, customer attrition and customer satisfaction.
+ The Consultant will represent a single resource to their customers for anything they might need from NRG. This will personalize our relationship with our top customers while simplifying the service model.
+ Consultant will initiate and lead customer site visits to top-value Business customers to ensure:
+ Customer is comfortable in their understanding of how they are billed; usage and demand; TDSP charges and other billing determinates.
+ Customer understands the product they are on and how it functions.
+ Educate the customer on energy efficiency and steps they can take to lower usage and peak demand that will positively impact their business.
+ Evaluate customer products coordinate rate changes to save the accounts as needed
+ Consultants will be equipped with a notebook PC laptop that allows them to connect to CCS. This will allow them to make updates/changes and provide on-site solutions to the customer upon request.
+ Communicate new products, programs, services to customers.
+ Consultant will provide accurate and timely updates to the BCCD database to document all customer contacts including but not limited to site visits, emails and phone conversations.
+ Act as a "Move Manager" for brand new high-value customers just joining NRG, who require special assistance in setting up their new location/account.
+ Perform Energy Audits of Business customer sites to assist the customer by identifying areas of energy inefficiency and areas for improvements. Have full knowledge and understanding of Audit requirements including check list of data to validate and calculations needed to provide feedback to the customer.
+ Research customer businesses before contacting to become familiar with the kind of business they operate and their history with NRG brands. This could include web research, CCS, Contact Log, etc.
+ Provide feedback to Segment Marketing on significant customer interactions. Be the venue for much needed customer learning on issues such as:

+ Needs they feel are not currently being met
+ What they do/do not like about NRG brands
+ How we can better serve them

**Working Conditions:**

**Minimum Requirements:**

**Job Summary:**
The Sales Process & Technology teams are responsible for the maintenance, design, and implementation of process improvement as well as technology projects across multiple acquisition sales channels and sales operations teams. **General Summary of Position:**
We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Social Media Manager to lead NRG Energy's corporate social media efforts. This role will develop and manage a cohesive and impactful social media strategy, creating engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube) that aligns with our business strategy and priorities. The senior manager will also be responsible for community management, governance and tracking performance metrics. Reporting to the Senior Director of Communications, the position collaborates with teams across NRG in communications, marketing, philanthropy, sustainability, and others to drive audience engagement and establish a strong digital presence.
**Specific Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Develop, manage, and execute corporate social media strategy
+ Serve as primary liaison between corporate stakeholders and NRG's social audience, ensuring consistent messaging, timely updates on events and promotions, and alignment across social channels
+ In partnership with other NRG teams, create content by proactively story-mining across the enterprise
+ Manage content calendar for all social activations on corporate channels

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, or similar field, or 7 years of relevant experience

Job Summary:
The Sales Process & Technology teams are responsible for the maintenance, design, and implementation of process improvement as well as technology projects across multiple acquisition sales channels and sales operations teams. They work closely with sales leadership teams, sales partners, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to drive best-in-class experiences.
The Sales Process & Technology Manager works with key stakeholders to understand their needs, identify best practices, and implement innovative solutions to improve the end-to-end process & technology. They leverage their process & technology expertise to maximize quality sales volume, enhance customer & agent experience, and minimize operational costs. Additionally, this role supervises Supervisor, Analyst I, Analyst II and/or Analyst III personnel in execution of their responsibilities.
This position supports both Texas USA and Alberta CA markets for NRG.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
* Document processes, including flow maps, to level set & understand how sales are processed successfully and unsuccessfully.
* Collaborate with other analysts, technology teams, quality assurance, compliance, regulatory, legal, and business users.
* Support end-to-end testing, regression testing and training development for project implementation.
* Be subject matter expert on the applications and process for channels & teams supported, including external systems.
* Manage small to extra large process improvement efforts including business requirements, solution design & delivery, testing, launch and warranty phases. Maintain project timeframes, objectives, and communications. Utilize best practices for sales to new and existing customers.
* Identify and track metrics to measure progress of process improvement efforts as well as sales process & technology performance.
* Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Tell the story on gaps to need / expectation as well as our success in closing those gaps.
* Develop an implementation plan that includes a detailed timeline with milestones, key tasks/activities, and responsibilities of stakeholders/resources.
* Design and execute experiments to troubleshoot and test potential solutions.
* Manage launching of new vendors, technology, products, and processes for channels supported.
* Provide day-to-day analytical and technical support for channels supported.
* Develop team members through identifying area of opportunity, creating training plans/goals, and managing performance outcomes.
* Evaluate business processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities through redesign, workflow, automation, and elimination of non-value-added work.
* Use root cause analysis to identify innovative solutions to exceptions, errors, and process gaps.
* Contribute to the creation of process improvement roadmaps for channels supported.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
