The Shipping & Receiving Associate plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely movement of equipment through our warehouse and eBay store. This position is responsible for handling all aspects of shipping and receiving - from packing and staging used/odd-sized industrial equipment to verifying part numbers and inspecting quality. In addition, the role supports our eBay operations by fulfilling online orders, assisting customers, and helping resolve issues. The Shipping & Receiving Associate acts as a link between the warehouse floor and online sales, keeping inventory flowing smoothly, accurately, and safely. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: · Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move equipment. · Pack equipment using SpeedyPacker, stretch wrap, banding, and other protective materials. · Handle odd-sized and used industrial equipment with care, ensuring secure shipments. · Pull, pick, and stage items accurately for shipping. · Verify part numbers, quantities, and quality of incoming/outgoing items. · Inspect equipment for defects or damage and report issues. · Assist with receiving inbound deliveries, including unloading trucks. · Support additional warehouse duties such as inventory audits, listings, and general organization. · Provide customer service support, including resolving order issues, coordinating shipping details, and ensuring customer satisfaction. · Assist with eBay store operations: monitoring orders, answering buyer questions, and helping resolve disputes or returns as needed. As a Forklift Operator at IGAM, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating forklifts-ranging up to 30,000 lbs.-and handling equipment to load, unload, relocate, and position heavy machinery and materials. You will collaborate closely with our operations team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and in accordance with our high safety and quality standards. Versa lift and general rigging experience are valuable assets in this role. Full-time Description The Field Service Project Manager will work closely with the iGAM field service team(s) to lead the removal of industrial equipment at various customer sites. The right candidate will be able to manage schedules, scope of work, contractors and materials that need to be organized for each project. The iGAM on-site team will consist of personnel with various skill sets and experience levels who will be looking for direction from this Project Manager. This role may require long consecutive days onsite, as well as management of project details prior to a job starting. This position requires onsite supervision at various customer facilities for the duration of projects. Full-time Description The Equipment Sales Account Manager will be responsible for the selling of inventory, brokered or consigned equipment from start to finish. This will include pricing, quoting and negotiations with customers. Following up on leads, supporting marketing efforts, providing technical specifications and media on specific pieces of equipment, and proactively selling equipment. This role requires a blend of customer service, sales, and basic equipment knowledge to assist in closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Full-time Description IGAM is seeking a Robotics & Shop Equipment Technician to support daily warehouse operations with a primary focus on the power-up, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of industrial robots in inventory for resale. This role also includes working on other general shop equipment and assorted industrial machinery to support the Sales Team with any technical needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about robotics but is also flexible and skilled in servicing a variety of equipment. This hands-on position ensures all machinery is safe, functional, and accurately documented prior to resale or shipment. Responsibilities include working directly with robots and other equipment, capturing operational videos, supporting onsite customer reviews of equipment, and updating records in the ERP system.
