Pros of working at NSG

Flexible work schedule which is ok for some to do but others will be talked about.. Many employees have their own office.

Cons of working at NSG

A lot of talking behind one another’s back, secrets, favoritism. If you get on their wrong side be prepared for everyone else to gang up. Favoritism, micromanagement (even though they will say they don’t micromanage).

Nothing at this point.

How would you improve NSG's culture?

Be transparent as they claim to be instead of constantly talking about people behind their backs. Address the employee with the issue and move on!

Dress nicely.

The compensation was good compared to the industry average. The bonuses are only for certain people and what you get depends on how much you have kissed up basically.

It’s good. The group was well diversified and had a good mix.

The most joy was some of the people and having personal space.
