Job Duties:
* Team Leader for the Graphic Design Team.

* Manage content edits, modifications and version control for multiple presentations/images concurrently.
* Regularly updates proposal and sales repositories.
* Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
* Participation in the creation of a range of graphics in various media, including website, advertising banners, interface design for featured web sections (including video), email campaigns.
Basic Qualifications:
* Minimum 6 years of graphic design experience, to include designing templates.
* Minimum 6 years of experience providing graphic and print support for large complex Federal Government proposals
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in Adobe Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Bridge, and InDesign, and Acrobat X Pro)
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Outlook, and Project
* Ability to demonstrate experience through portfolio of design work.

Senior Proposal Manager
The role of the Federal Services Proposal Development Center is to work with the opportunity owners to craft compliant, well-written proposals that compel our clients to award us their business. The NTT DATA proposal process is based on Shipley Associates "Proposal Guide for Business Development Professionals" and our own lessons learned and best practices.
The Proposal Manager is tasked with responsibility for leading Federal proposals from the bid decision through award. Receives assignments from the Proposal Development Center Director and is involved with responding to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and follow-on requirements from Federal clients. This includes analyzing the RF(x) requirements, developing a compliance matrix and outline for writers, developing a proposal schedule, and directing the proposal development per the guidance of the opportunity owner. Owns the proposal process and ensures best practices are adhered to. Provides assistance supporting capture activities such as the win strategy though primarily focused on the mechanics of the proposal. Assists with the development and reviews of proof points, win themes and discriminators. Pre-RF(x), leads content plan efforts and works closely with capture and solution teams to make sure solution is compliant with RF(x) requirements. Leads the day-to-day proposal process and provides "just-in-time" training to authors. Manages the proposal schedule. Solicits and ensures proposal team interaction and participation on applicable proposal sections. Conducts reviews and ensures compliance with RFP requirements. Leads proposal team (including proposal coordinators, editors, writers, graphic designers, and production). Regularly updates proposal and re-use repository.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
* Minimum 10 years of experience working in a proposal environment.
* Minimum 10 years of experience with Microsoft, Adobe, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
* Minimum 5 years of successful management experience of multiple concurrent proposal response efforts leading diversely structured teams.
* Minimum 5 years of experience responding to solicitations from Federal government clients.
* Minimum 3 years of experience with complex, large-scale services-based solicitations from Federal government clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Availability to work before and after normal working hours, through lunch periods, and on weekends and holidays is necessary on occasions but not often.
* APMP Foundation Level Certification
