Sales & Relationship:
* Collaborate with Client Executives to develop customer relationships and manage risks.
* Excel in customer relationship management at CXO levels, presenting operations and strategic reviews to senior stakeholders.
* Act as a strategic delivery advisor to the executive leadership team.
* Manage Sales Enablement, ensuring integration with delivery teams.
* Leverage broader NTT DATA capabilities and resources strategically.
* Interface with customer architecture teams and senior leadership on emerging technologies.
Governance:
* Serve as the main contact for client operations leadership.
* Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
* Stay informed about global industry trends and their impact on IT services.
Organization:
* Apply best practices in organizational change management.
* Solve large, enterprise problems through matrixed organizations.
* Guide delivery leaders to align service offerings properly.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of direct reports, providing feedback through coaching and the NTT DATA performance management process.
* Coach and mentor a large team of delivery leaders responsible for daily client operations.
Qualifications:
* BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
* 8+ years of experience in transitioning application and infrastructure services.
* 8+ years of experience managing a highly leveraged service environment.
* 3+ years of experience with Managed Private Cloud, Infrastructure Services, and Datacenter Migration Services.
Preferred Experience:
* SAP Basis and Application transition and support experience.
* Experience in end-user services and security services.
* Digital Transformation experience leveraging AI to refine knowledge insights.
* Strong knowledge of and experience with ITIL Service Framework v4.
* Experience in IT support and production escalations, including incident response and change lifecycles.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Willingness to travel to client sites as needed; current Visa and passport preferred.

Role Overview
As an IT Support Analyst based onsite, you will be the frontline technical expert, providing hands-on support to ensure employees experience minimal disruption from IT issues. Your work will be critical in maintaining the health of our IT infrastructure and fostering a productive, efficient workplace. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues while offering guidance to end-users.
Key Responsibilities

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Interoperability Implementation & Requirements Analysis
. Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements for interoperability solutions such as FHIR APIs, Member Access APIs, Provider Directory APIs, Payer-to-Payer Data Exchange, and Prior Authorization APIs.
. Analyze CMS/ONC regulations (e.g., CMS Interoperability & Patient Access Rule, CMS Prior Authorization Rule, TEFCA-related requirements) and translate them into actionable system requirements.
. Support gap analysis for existing payer systems (claims, clinical data, provider, member, authorization) to determine interoperability readiness.
Solution Design & Functional Specifications
. Develop functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process workflows for interoperability implementations.
. Work with architects and engineers to define data mapping, transformation logic, and API interaction models aligned with HL7 FHIR standards.
. Ensure solutions integrate effectively with enterprise systems such as claims adjudication, enrollment, provider management, UM/PA, care management, and data warehouses.
Data Analysis & Quality Assurance
. Perform data profiling and mapping for clinical and administrative datasets (e.g., EDI 837/835, 270/271, CCDA, FHIR resources).
. Support test case development, test planning, and execution for API validation, edge-case handling, and compliance testing.
. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with security and privacy standards (HIPAA, PHI/PII handling).
Stakeholder Engagement & Project Support
. Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements, scope, and delivery timelines.
. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and solution demonstrations as part of Agile/Scrum teams.
. Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on payer workflows such as claims processing, member onboarding, provider data management, care management, and prior authorizations.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in the healthcare payer domain.
. Strong understanding of FHIR standards, HL7, EDI transactions, and healthcare information exchange models.
. Hands-on experience with interoperability implementations, preferably CMS-mandated FHIR APIs or payer modernization initiatives.
. Working knowledge of healthcare payer systems and processes (benefits, claims, enrollment, provider data, UM/PA).
. Experience writing business, functional and technical specs, data mapping documents, and business process flows.
. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Leadership
* Prioritize AI throughout the SDLC.
* Skilled in AI-assisted coding tools for higher productivity.
* Skilled in one stack and adaptable polyglot engineer across entire application stack.
* Design and develop solutions with Azure, ReactJS and .NET.
* Set standards in code, reviews, and best practices.
* Guarantee architecture compliance, performance, and technical quality.
2. Agile Delivery
* Work with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to plan sprints, estimate tasks, and refine the backlog.
* Break down business requirements into technical stories or tasks.
* Participate in daily stand-ups and technical ceremonies as required.
3. Integration Ownership
* Contribute to all aspects of application integration, including REST APIs, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, and other Azure Integration Services.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for integration requirements, coordinating with platform and partner teams as necessary.
* Prepare and verify API contracts, data models, event schemas, and integration patterns through comprehensive documentation and validation processes.
4. Requirement & Interface Management
* Convert application-specific features into precise technical artifacts.
* Coordinate system interface specifications, data flow processes, and communication protocols.
5. Stakeholder Communication
* Share technical vision, risks, and progress with architects, project managers, and business stakeholders.
* Participate in cross-team architecture and design discussions as an application representative.
6. DevOps & Quality Assurance
* Advocate for CI/CD best practices.
* Oversee implementation of monitoring, logging, and alerting through Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
* Ensure thorough automated testing, adherence to secure development protocols, and readiness for release.
Required Skills:
* 5+ years of Experience with Azure PaaS (App Services, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps).
* 5+ years of Skilled exp in .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, ReactJS, and SQL Server RDBMS.
* 5+ years of Proficient in using AI code generation tools like GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.
* Understanding of CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
* Knowledgeable about integration patterns (sync/async, event-driven, pub-sub).
* 5+ years of Familiar with Agile and DevOps practices.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Developer Associate.
* Demonstrated proficiency in secure design methodologies, including OAuth2, Azure Active Directory, Managed Identity, and Azure Machine Learning.
* Insurance Domain knowledge or products used in that space.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
1. Process Discovery & Assessment
* Lead current-state process discovery across payer operations.
* Facilitate working sessions with process owners, SMEs, and analysts
* Document workflows, handoffs, variations, system dependencies, and pain points.
* Identify inefficiencies, risks, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities.
* Ensure alignment with payer regulations (CMS, NCQA, URAC, HIPAA, state mandates).
* Provide domain insights to support transformation initiatives and audits.
2. Process Documentation Support
* Create and validate BPMN process flows (Level 1-5) for current and future states.
* Ensure accurate representation of roles, decisions, systems, compliance checkpoints, and exceptions.
* Review and refine process maps, SIPOCs, and metadata for accuracy and completeness.
3. Process Maturity & Quality Evaluation
* Evaluate processes against payer best practices, benchmarks, and regulatory expectations.
* Assess process maturity and identify gaps (manual steps, fragmentation, non-compliance).
* Conduct current-state vs. future-state gap analyses.
* Develop prioritized, actionable recommendations for process improvement, compliance, and automation.
* Support creation of process improvement roadmaps.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
* 7+ years of healthcare payer experience across core operations (claims, enrollment & billing, provider data, UM/CM, appeals & grievances, member and network services).
* 5+ years of experience performing end-to-end process assessment, mapping, and gap analysis.
* Strong understanding of payer regulatory requirements (CMS, state regulations, NCQA, URAC).
* Proven ability to identify operational inefficiencies, risks, and compliance gaps.
* Hands-on experience with BPMN modeling and creation of Level 1-5 process maps.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail to define actionable recommendations
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with process owners, SMEs, analysts, and governance teams.
Desired Skills:
Technology Awareness: Understanding of payer systems (claims platforms, provider portals, care management tools) and emerging technologies like RPA, AI, and interoperability standards.
