Cons of working at Nuclear Fuel Services

The negative culture . All the lies they tell you. Overtime constantly . They cover up things for some people and hang others. the place is a orgy everyone sleeping with everyone. Especially to get ahead. Unless your in the click with the head shed you won’t get anywhere. Security is treated like personal property. Always last second overtime. And Make plans. Not family oriented. It’s like selling your soul for a job. It comes first everything else is last . Need to fire everyone in charge including the CEO and start over. If the Department of Navy and the NRC actually cared they would take steps to change the neg culture .
