Responsibilities: Collect samples and record data on the operation of the control systems as required. Evaluate data and make informed decisions effecting the day-to-day operations of the control systems. Conduct repairs and perform preventive maintenance on flare, treatment plant and other associated controls systems per manufacture specifications. Respond to system malfunctions and operate on a rotating on call schedule. Responsible for change over and set up of the mixing, cooking, and processing equipment. Cleaning machine parts after changeovers, discarding trash/waste, and monitoring tank levels as well as cleaning seasoning trays, floors, and ovens in the processing area. Records daily machine and process information such as batch counts, start & stop times, oil meter readings, waste recordings, and pounds of flour. Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseWHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED: Must complete a background and pre-employment drug screen. As well as a preplacement screening which tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position. JOB REQUIREMENTS: A good mechanical skill-related background is preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Ability to work with latex gloves, airborne seasoning, cardboard dust, cleaning solutions, and hot water.
