James Morse brings more than 25 years’ experience in the healthcare accounting field. Mr. Morse works closely with operations personnel to improve financial results of the NueHealth facilities through sound financial reporting and analysis. He serves as a valuable resource in the accounting and valuation arenas.

Mr. Morse joined NueHealth in 2006. Before joining NueHealth, he spent significant time in the finance departments of four hospitals. Mr. Morse held a CFO role for a new physician-owned hospital which gave him valuable start-up and privately held company experience. That experience helped land Mr. Morse in his multiple roles within the finance department at NueHealth.

Whitney Courser leads our sales and marketing teams that make up NueHealth’s business development division. Having served in multiple roles at NueHealth since 2003, including Finance and Accounting, Operations, Business Development and Marketing. Ms. Courser has a wide range of experience and expertise in many key areas of the healthcare industry. Whitney is responsible for mergers and acquisitions, physician and health system joint venture development, and strategic planning for new business growth. She has successfully recruited physicians and health systems to denovo and acquired facilities, syndicated ambulatory surgery centers, surgical hospitals and multi-million dollar real estate ventures associated with inpatient and outpatient facilities and medical office buildings across the country.

Prior to joining NueHealth, Ms. Courser served as an accounting manager for a major Midwestern transportation company and as the director of finance and accounting for a large national restaurant franchise group.

Carl King is a Consultant, Board Member and Investor at Various Healthcare Companies; SVP, Operations at Thermogenics; and Chief Executive Officer at NueHealth and is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He has worked as Chief Operating Officer at CarleCare; Chief Executive Officer at ValueHealth; and Administrator, Crawford Memorial Hospital at HCA Healthcare Inc.. Carl works or has worked as BOARD MEMBER at Georgia Association of Health Plans. He attended GEORGIA STATE UNIVERSITY between 1976 and 1978 and Duke University between 1978 and 1980.
