Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Level I
Learn to clean and operate Coating Pans, Solution Tanks, exhaust and inlet chutes, use of scales.
Make sure all equipment to be cleaned has lockout tag out according to the Safety SOP.
Perform "A" and "B" cleaning of the coating pan, solution tanks and rooms. "A" cleaning is performed within an hour time frame depending on the product characteristics prior to cleaning or as required by SOP, "B" cleaning takes half an hour time frame and performed after each batch of the same product or non-allergen materials.
Perform and verify cleaning of the Coating Pan, Solution Tanks, and Room.
Records entry of the start and end of the cleaning performed in the logbooks.
Verify the room release status before starting the batch for operation.
Physical Requirements:
Standing, bending, lifting, pushing and walking short distances for most of the day. Must be able to lift 10-50 lbs.
Qualifications: A minimum of a HS/ GED is required for Coating Operators Level I
0 -1 year experience in Coating is required - Level I
Required to read, write and communicate in English.
Flexible to work extended hours and weekends when required.
Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing work priorities.
High energy level and organizational skills.

The CNC Set Up Machinist - Shop Lead will be responsible for setting up and overseeing machining, milling, turning, and Swiss. Helping to train new to the industry machinists while meeting production goals.
Requirements:
5+ years working in an aerospace machine shop with a good understanding of the working qualities of various metals.
Understanding of machining processes, tooling.
Ability to use measuring tools as required (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
Good planning and organization skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Dependable, Enthusiastic and driven to succeed
Programming and editing experience a plus.
Experience with CAD/CAM software and CNC programs a plus.

Level I

"A" cleaning is performed within an hour time frame depending on the product characteristics prior to cleaning or as required by SOP, "B" cleaning takes half an hour time frame and performed after each batch of the same product or non-allergen materials.
Perform and verify cleaning of the Coating Pan, Solution Tanks, and Room.
Records entry of the start and end of the cleaning performed in the logbooks.
Verify the room release status before starting the batch for operation.
Physical Requirements:
Standing, bending, lifting, pushing and walking short distances for most of the day. Must be able to lift 10-50 lbs.
Qualifications: A minimum of a HS/ GED is required for Coating Operators Level I
0 -1 year experience in Coating is required - Level I
Required to read, write and communicate in English.
Flexible to work extended hours and weekends when required.
Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing work priorities.
