The Tooling Specialist's primary responsibility is steel tooling accompanied with any and all work required or assigned to ensure that a smooth flow of production is maintained.

Alter and repair a variety of carbide and steel production tools and dies, involving blanking, piercing, forming, and cut-off dies, etc., where design and specifications are usually available.
Work from prints, sketches, specifications, and general instructions of the departmental foreman or group leader.
Must be able to interpret simple prints, relating to design and product specifications and/or the general verbal instructions of department supervisor.
Under direction of section group leader and supervision, modify ordinary design features to improvise or alter tooling to meet new conditions.
Maintain accurate relationships, fittings and interchangeability of parts requiring tolerances to within .001 inches to meet all specified drawing requirements consistently on all types of tools, dies, jigs or fixtures.
Recognize, and report for correction, blueprint errors such as improper radii, angles, dimensions, materials, and similar data which would prevent economical production.
Disassemble and repair or alter tooling to meet specific requirements.
Remove removable sections, fit, assemble, and adjust component parts and mechanisms to required accuracy to unsure satisfactory results.
Ability to properly use all tool room measuring tools and gages to ensure part accuracy of all work performed.
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow standard safety regulations.
Detect faulty operation or defective material and refer all unusual conditions to superior.
Record production, material, and time data.
Perform other similar and associated duties as required or directed.
Self-motivated to take ownership of work schedule and quality.
Continuous improvement: Willing to accept change to support being a Fast - Flexible - Efficient section.
Team player will work with other team members in the section to keep the process moving and improving.

Firm understanding of all machine shop mathematics including shop formulas and possess trigonometry and geometry math skills.
Working knowledge of machine shop and die repair practice, principles of mechanics, machine tool operation, working qualities of materials.
Understanding of basic principles and terminology and can solve simple problems related to standard basic manual tool room equipment.
Ability to work from complicated drawings or sketches and use all types of precision measuring instruments.

Position Summary
Blackrock Strategy seeks to hire a Deployable UAS Operator to support real-world test, training, and operational missions using primarily Group 1-3 UAS platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient with systems like Mission Planner and ArduPilot, and will be ready to execute flight operations in dynamic and often austere environments. This is a hands-on, field-oriented role for individuals who thrive in high-tempo, high-consequence missions requiring disciplined initiative, high trust, and commitment.
Candidates will work tuning systems in the field, launching aircraft, troubleshooting in real time, and helping government partners solve hard problems with unmanned platforms and attack systems.
Key Responsibilities
Operate unmanned aircraft systems in support of test, training, and operational events
Plan and execute UAS missions using Mission Planner, including waypoint control, diagnostics, and telemetry
Configure and tune ArduPilot-based flight systems; conduct firmware updates and field calibration
Conduct pre-mission planning, airspace deconfliction, policy review, and risk assessments
Perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks and document system performance
Troubleshoot aircraft subsystems, ground control stations, and RF links in field conditions
Coordinate with airspace managers, range control, and customer mission leads
Maintain full deployment readiness and support up to approximately 180 days of CONUS/OCONUS travel annually
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of UAS operations experience (military or commercial)
Proficiency with ArduPilot flight stacks and Mission Planner software
Familiarity with Group 1-3 platforms
FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or eligibility to obtain
Ability to pass deployment medical screening and meet physical travel requirements

Ability to receive up to a TOP SECRET security clearance with access to secure compartmentalized information (SCI)

Aramark's Refreshment Operators are responsible for providing exceptional customer service by ensuring that our customers' products are stocked appropriately. They are the human element and the friendly face that leads client-site execution on a daily basis, supporting the site's product merchandising, inventory management & order replacement, in addition to equipment management.
This is a full-time, hourly position that requires availability Monday through Friday, and possibly some weekends as business needs require.

**Job Responsibilities**
**Maintenance + Inventory** :
Unload and stock daily inventory at customer site, ensuring freshness of products by monitoring expiration dates. Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality checks, and completion of task lists.
**Merchandising** : Take pride in your space by owning clients' office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms, complete expiration checks, and product rotations as needed.
**Customer Service** : With support from your manager, engage with our clients and other Aramark team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service.Establish and maintain a good working relationship with customers to project a positive image of the company and product.
**Communication** : Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns to your manager, and accurately complete pre/post-delivery paperwork.

**Qualifications**
**.** 1-2 years of experience in a position requiring interpersonal skills, inventory mgt and customer service skills.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Client interaction, communication, organization/time management are critical to the success of this role.
- Ability to respond quickly to changing demands.
- Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical ability to repeatedly lift packages, up to 50lb (drinks and snacks).
