First Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm $40.00 - $48.00 Hr. Reporting directly to the Machining Manager, the CNC Programmer works with the machining team to set-up and program different jobs to support production requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Programs, sets up, and operates CNC milling, lathes, or other machinery according to blueprint specifications and available equipment.
* Programs for operation of CNC Router (Multicam 5000) for other members of machining team.
* Utilizes G-Code, Camworks, SolidWorks, or other CAM software.
* Reviews solid models, drawings, and customer specifications to understand customer requirements.
* Selects appropriate machines (e.g. lathes, mills) and proper set-up of material for job.
* Producing quality parts according to the blueprints and company quality standards.
* Maintains equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements
* Ensure all safety guidelines at all times and maintains a clean environment.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
GENERAL
