We are looking for a reliable Laser Operator to join our team in Manchester, NH. You will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines to precisely cut materials according to the specifications, adjust laser settings, checking inspections, packaging, creating labels and shipping materials to the designated facility. Assure proper installation and adjustments of molds onto plates and hangers. Checking viscosity of slurries and pre-dip, doing sand bed checks. Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of slurry tanks, sand beds, floor hangers, and plates. Responsible for keeping the robots operational during the breaks and lunch period of the robot operators. Perform plating, deplating, and autoclave operations as required. Responsible for following operational procedures in making slurry batches using recipe detect faulty operations, defective material and report these and any unusual conditions to robot operator.
