Mold Maker III will work with minimum supervision on new construction of Plastic Injection, Pultrusion, Compression and Rotational Molds, as well as Modifications and Repairs of the same. The Mold Maker will be expected to work with Senior Mold Makers as a support, Junior Mold Makers as a lead or independently as workload requires. The Mold Maker will also be expected to continue to improve their skill level and technical knowledge through interaction with coworkers and training opportunities as they are presented. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator (2nd shift) to set up, operate, and maintain machinery in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment runs smoothly, producing high-quality parts or products according to specifications. This role plays a critical part in our production process, requiring attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and productivity. Shift 1: 6:00am - 2:30pm Compensation: $22.00/hour to $24.00/hour (depending on experience) Responsibilities * Operate and monitor assigned machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety standards. * Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance. * Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or production schedules to determine job instructions. * Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy using measuring tools. * Record production data, including output, downtime, and defects. * Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain product specifications and minimize waste. * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. * Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to maintenance or supervisory staff. * Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality control standards. Skills / Qualifications * High school diploma or GED is a plus; vocational or technical training preferred. * Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. * Experience operating or working with mills (manual or CNC) or other metalworking machinery is highly desirable. * Familiarity with machining processes such as cutting, drilling, or grinding. * Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. * Basic math and measurement skills. * Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, or schematics. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed. We are seeking an experienced 3 axis CNC Machinist, 1st Shift for our Corona, CA location. Operate the CNC machine in the most efficient manner possible by assuring that material, tooling, cutters, NC Programs and equipment are ready for use. Coordinate product flow with Management to support Customer demand. Work with NC Programmers to coordinate set-ups and manufacture of product. The CNC machinist must be able to explain the respective role within the QMS and how their role contributes to quality. The CNC machinist shall contribute to product conformity as apart to their daily job function and shall contribute to product safety. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: * High school graduate or equivalent work experience. * Adequate years of operating CNC equipment determined by Karman. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Constant standing/walking/sitting for at least 8 hours. * Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lbs, minimum 35 lbs. * Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment. * Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less. Corrective lenses may be worn to fulfill requirement. * Prolonged periods of repetitive movement are required. * Constant holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with the hand(s). * Occasional extending of arms to reach overhead, at shoulder level and below shoulder level.
