Responsibilities Extrusion Operator|Richmond, Virginia| Now Hiring Compensation * $19.25-$21.00 per hour Available Shift * 12-hour swing shifts which consist of working (5 weeks of 7am - 7pm) and rotating to (7pm - 7am) for 5 weeks with every other weekend off, 2-2-3 schedule Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Understand and follow all JSA's and safety procedures/policies * Safely and efficiently set up and operate extrusion lines to produce high-quality HDPE film * Operate extrusion lines in accordance with job safety analysis, standard operating procedures, quality procedures, and operator training to meet or exceed productivity requirements and minimize downtime and waste * Ensure that proper materials are being used in accordance with procedures * Monitor roll weights to ensure the correct gauge is maintained throughout the shift * Assure proper packaging and labeling of film * Complete daily production reporting Qualifications * High School diploma or equivalent. * Eligible to work in the United States. * Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen. * Ability to work 12-hour day and night rotating shifts * Work overtime as required * Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management. * Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation. * The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop. * Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
