Job Description Report To: Plant Operations Manager or Assistant General Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Salary Level: Hourly Shift: The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer provides programming and support for Numerical Control Machines (such as lathes and mills) by creating CNC programs through CAM software if not conversationally, when possible, at the machine tool in order to machine parts to customer specifications. The CNC Programmer acts as a project manager, providing technical support to team members through interpretation and analysis of data and specifications. Essential Job Functions Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Create programs for CNC Machine Tools using Mastercam or Esprit.
