Working as the division lead to ensure success, efficiency and profitability per property across our portfolio of spaces at every stage of development and operations, while creating new opportunities, for our spaces, RGI events and our family of endorsed brands -
This includes directing and ensuring success of all development, administrations, marketing and operations efforts for 4 venue spaces with an ever expanding portfolio and managing subordinate staff of the venues individually to achieve their objectives

Key Roles:
As a key member of the RGI events leadership team, you function as the top banana of the Hospitality imprint, holding overall accountability for the entire operational, commercial, experiential, and people performance of 4 venues on the east coast and counting

This role can be filled as a level 3 or level 4 depending on experience.

**Job Title: CNC Set-Up Machinist** The CNC Set-Up Machinist coordinates activities of the CNC Machining Department under the direction of the manager/supervisor. This role involves safety, materials management, productivity/job/work order management, scheduling, and personnel management.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure all first piece inspections are performed and approved.
+ Work independently to verify that material and paperwork for the job being performed is correct.
+ Plan machining in accordance with all blueprints and technical data and specifications, applying geometric dimensioning and tolerances as required.
+ Set-up mills by adjusting necessary fixturing and machine attachments, setting and applying tool and machine reference points and offsets, and calculating requirements using basic math, geometry, and trigonometry.
+ Check stock and load/unload the machine.
+ Create an in-process inspection report for each operation, if one does not exist.
+ Identify non-conformance and notify the supervisor for documentation and segregation.
+ Verify that there are no chips on either the jaws/fixture or on the part/material to be machined.
+ Load the part/material, ensuring it is properly seated in the fixture/jaws, snug against any stop pins prior to clamping or tightening.
+ Identify and notify the supervisor of any discrepant material in the work area.
+ Follow all quality procedures, work instructions, and documents pertaining to the job and department.
+ Identify and report any problems/issues while running an operation to the supervisor immediately.
+ Maintain the cleanliness of the machine and the immediate area.
+ Monitor coolant levels and clean chips from the machine at the end of the shift or when the job is finished.
+ Verify that all company and personal inspection equipment and tools being used are in calibration.
+ At the completion of a job, record a total quantity count on the route sheet along with MDR numbers, employee number, and the date.
+ Ensure that company inspection equipment and tools in the department are in calibration.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerances (GD&T).
+ Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
+ Ability to operate various machines within the department with minimal instruction.
+ Understanding of G-Code.
+ Capability of reading and understanding drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
+ Good leadership skills and capability to train employees.
+ Ability to work with minimal supervision.
