The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking an experienced Delivery Practice Manager (DPM) to join our ProServe Shared Delivery Team (SDT) at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll manage a team of ProServe Delivery Consultants while supporting AWS enterprise customers through transformative projects. You'll leverage your IT and/or Management Consulting background to serve as a strategic advisor to customers, partners, and internal AWS teams.
As a DPM you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Delivery Consultants and or Engagement Managers working with customers and partners to architect and implement innovative solutions. You'll routinely engage with Director, C-level executives, and governing boards, whilst being responsible for opportunity capture and driving engagement delivery. You'll work closely with partner teams; drive business development initiatives through thought leadership; provide portfolio guidance and oversight; and meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets. As a DPM you are primarily focused directly or through their teams, on understanding and defining business outcomes for customers by building trust, identifying applicable AWS Professional Services offerings, and creating proposals and SOW's.
Your experience gained leading teams within the technology sector, will equip you with the ability to optimize team performance through implementing tailored people development plans, ensuring your teams are aligned to customer needs, and have the skills and capacity to address customer outcomes. Possessing the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers and then talk in technical depth with teams, you will cultivate strong customer, Amazon Global Sales (AGS), and ProServe team relationships which enables exceptional business performance. DPMs success is primarily measured by consistently delivering customer engagements by supporting sales through scoping technical requirements for an engagement, delivering engagements on time, within budget, and exceeding customer expectations. They will hold the Practice total utilization goal and be responsible for optimizing team performance.
The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Our team provides assistance through a collection of offerings which help customers achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption. This position requires that the candidate selected must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance. The position further requires that, after start, the selected candidate have the ability to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years in IT and/or Management Consulting, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
- Experience managing IT transformation projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of building quantitative solutions as a scientist or science manager, management experience for scientists or machine learning engineers applying statistical models for large-scale application and building automated analytical systems

Job Summary
Loudoun County Animal Services (LCAS) is looking for an Animal Care Manager to join our expanding team. This new position serves as a leader to the animal care team, and oversees the daily care, physical and mental wellbeing, and placement of all animals in the shelter. Our team receives comprehensive training (both classroom and hands-on), competitive pay, exceptional benefits (including ongoing training and tuition reimbursement) and support from a community of over 440,000 residents.
Core components of this position include management and leadership of:
Animal Care Supervisor and a team of ten Animal Care Technicians including their ongoing training and support.

Clinical Care and Services
Provides assistance in clinical care ensuring consistent delivery of quality guest/resident services.

Participates in the Care Planning process, attends meetings, updates care plans, other duties as directed.

Risk Management and General Safety
Partners with community team to ensure community is in compliance with OSHA requirements and promotion of Risk Management programs and policies and in adherence to safety rules and regulations.
Practices safety procedures at all times including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), fire extinguishers, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and Lockout Tagout procedures.
Infection Control
Leads and demonstrates infection control practices.
Provides training as needed to support infection control practices.
Understands and practices the proper method of attending to and disposing of and the possibility of exposure to blood borne pathogens, bodily fluids, infectious waste, sharp sticks, and hazardous materials.
Reports occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, sharp sticks, and hazardous chemicals immediately.
Ensures oxygen tanks are stored safely, exchanges guest/residents tanks when empty, and monitors to make sure liters of oxygen are at prescribed levels.
Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance
Strives for excellent quality care and service delivery and institutes follow up measures on corrective actions in a timely manner.
Reviews guest/resident and team member incident and accident reports pertaining to health safety issues with essential team members to analyze, develop, and implement a plan of correction if necessary to increase safety for both guests/residents and team members.

Reviews for accuracy and compliance all physician orders at time of move in and monthly thereafter.
Acts as liaison with pharmacy to ensure effective services for the residents.
Ensures pharmacy follows state/province regulations for labeling, distribution, and identification of medications.
Provides leadership and follows Sunrise and nursing standards for taking orders from physicians and administering medications.
Audits MAR/TAR each month.
Monitors the Medication Room, med carts, and treatment carts, for cleanliness, availability of medications, and removal of expired medications.
Assists Director of Nursing in ensuring proper protocol for destruction and/or removal of controlled medications.
Guest/Resident, Family and Visitor Relations
Responds to guest/resident and family visitor's request in a timely, professional, and warm manner.
Communicates with families regarding the guest/resident medical care and seek new methods to incorporate guest/resident requests into existing nursing standards.
Coordinates and utilizes available health care resources.
Maintains confidentiality of all guest/resident information.
Financial Management
Assists in the presentation and value of Sunrise's products and services for our residents, families, and team members and targeted referral sources.
Understands and manages the department budget to include labor/labour and other expenses and its impact on the community's bottom line.
Coordinates with the community team to achieve maximum staff economies and cross training when applicable.
Understands the internal cost associated with all Sunrise resident care programs.
Training, Leadership and Team Member Development
Assists Director of Nursing with overall management of the department, including but not limited to: recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and disciplining.
Partners in the delivery and participation in Sunrise University Training and self-study programs during the required timeframe.
Develops a working knowledge of state/provincial regulations and ensures compliance through supervising and coaching team members.
Assists in achieving the Team Member Engagement goals.
Completes team member staffing and scheduling according to operational and budgetary guidelines.
Reviews timekeeping practices and payroll reports daily to ensure all hours worked are recorded and appropriately paid.
Holds team accountable, corrects actions when necessary, and documents any corrective action.

The Infectious Disease Clinic provides care and services to adults with general infectious diseases, HIV, and hepatitis. Care is provided by a multidisciplinary team and includes diagnosis, treatment, case management, social services, medication adherence and support, nutrition, and substance use counseling.
The Registered Nurse role is responsible for triaging needs of people living with HIV/AIDS patients during appointments in clinic, between visits, and post-hospitalizations. The RN also manages new patient intakes (including walk-ins), and meets with patients for complex medication adherence support visits for HIV/Viral hepatitis treatments. The HIV service of the John G. Bartlett Specialty Practice is a busy ambulatory setting caring for patient specialty (HIV, HCV) and primary care needs of HIV-infected individuals.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years recent RN experience, w/clinic experience preferred
Associates degree in nusing from an accredited nursing program.
Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire.
Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required at time of hire

The mission of the John G. Bartlett Specialty Practice is to provide outstanding, evidence-based, clinical infectious disease care with access for all. The Bartlett Specialty Practice has 23 exam rooms and co-located services for patients with an array of infectious diseases including infections obtained after transplantation or on medical devices, HIV, hepatitis and general infectious disease such as bone infections. The clinic is staffed with more than 70 providers, nurses, medical assistants, social workers, peer navigators, PharmD's and research staff who assist with patient care. JOB SUMMARY:
As a Field Medical Case Manager at ForzaCare, you'll help injured workers navigate their recovery and return to work. Prior experience in workers' compensation case management is strongly preferred.
