Job Accountabilities:
Ensure all activities are member-focused and individualized, resulting in personalized attention to each patient's unique needs.

Job Requirements:

RN unrestricted license in the State of Minnesota is required. Experience with MNChoices/MN Choices Certified Assessor is preferred.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $87,400 - $120,200 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Summary

Understand quality control and regulatory compliance.
Ensure that the inventory in the office is sufficient.

Experience and General Requirements :

WORK ENVIRONMENT
