IMPORTANT ROLE EXPECTATION TRANSITION PHASE
This position will begin by supporting and overseeing clinical operations within our existing unskilled home health structure while simultaneously building and leading the transition into a Medicare-certified Skilled Home Health agency.
The selected RN must be comfortable:
- Working within an active unskilled agency during the startup phase

POSITION SUMMARY

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
