Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OB/GYN Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Hospital: Fairview Park Hospital Location: Dublin, GA Address:200 Industrial Blvd Unit: Nursery / Level 2 Nursery Building: Main Tower General Information Unit Specifics: · Number of Beds : 20 regular beds, 5 Level 2 beds, 5 special care beds · Patient Ratios : 1:6 max · Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : No unit secretary, tech or 3rd nurse at 11 babies, Director, CC, and Lactation Consultant on staff to assist · Type of equipment : giraffe warmers, high flow NC, CPAP, veinfinder, bili check, isolette, monitors, alaris pumps, syringe pumps, cuddle cot · Documentation system: Meditech & Centricity · Scheduling requirements: 36 hours which includes half of the weekend shifts of the schedule and some holidays based on rotation of staff (standard). Allowed to enter desired schedule and will make adjustments to ensure coverage before posting (not without contacting individuals) · Floating policy: Only float to areas of similar care modalities · Patient Experience requirements: We place a high priority on patient experience and satisfaction. We expect team work amongst staff and patient focused care.
