Requirements:
Prior nursing experience desired, preferably in LDRP
Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho prior to hire date. If multistate license, must establish residency with Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days of hire.
Must provide licensure or proof of application in the state of Oregon for RN license within 90 days of hire
American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification
ACLS and NRP required or obtained within six months of hire date

Maintain strong physician and significant stakeholder relationships and a high level of visibility for service line.

Communicates programs priorities, policies, and procedures as they relate to strategic growth to clinical and system leadership.

Plans and conducts meetings to ensure compliance with established practices and keep employees abreast of current standards.
Completes and maintains records, reports, and documents program and/or unit activities.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
