Elite ABA Therapy, LLC specializes in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, which are the most widely known evidence-based practices for teaching new skills and improving behavior. Our clinic is designed to simulate an Early Intervention-like setting, but without academic curriculum. Each group of children follow a daily schedule of activities that include both individual and group formats. You will...
Conduct training classes and programs for HHA's.
Manage all HHA trainings, presentations, and maintain an organized classroom environment.
Impart the requirements of the relevant workplace setting to existing HHA students.
Collaborate with management and other trainers to develop and improve training curriculum.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Coordinate and conduct in-service programs for All CareGivers America assigned branches.
The RN Instructor/Educator must be able to perform and assist with all administrative functions of a registered nurse within the scope of practice as outlined by regulatory agencies such as the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing and the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

Must have current Registered Nurse license in good standing with the state of Pennsylvania.
Minimum of two (2) years of Nursing Experience required.
Minimum of one (1) year of Home Health experience required.
1 year of direct supervision Home Health Aides (HHA's) or Personal Care Aides (PCA's) required.
Strong Clinical leadership and management skills, good interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships, and a high level of initiative and creative problem-solving ability required.
Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred but not required.

Requirements
Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
Knowledge and skills appropriate for age-related resident care
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities
Understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations
Leadership experience and the ability to supervise and guide staff
Ability to respond professionally in crisis situations
Basic computer proficiency
Successful completion of all pre-employment screenings, including background check, physical, and drug screen
