Key Responsibilities: Patient Care & Experience: Deliver safe, evidence-based care using the nursing process. Assess patient needs, prioritize care, and implement interventions. Educate patients and caregivers on care plans, discharge, and health promotion. Apply Relationship Centered Care: admission welcome, bedside shift report, purposeful rounding, and discharge wrap-up. Quality & Safety: Practice patient-centered care while identifying and escalating risks. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and documentation supporting safety and compliance. Operations & Professional Development: Perform charge nurse duties as needed; manage resources efficiently. Support patient throughput and smooth operations during shifts. Advance clinical skills and participate in professional committees.
