Provide patient care services to the Pueblo of Laguna (POL) tribal and surrounding community, within a collaborative team environment focused on the Patient Centered Medical Home Model (PCMH). Perform examinations, diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases and injuries that commonly occur in the POL and surrounding community.
