· Administer non-invasive injectable treatments, including but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, and IV Cocktails
· Administer laser procedures including but not limited to Hair Removal, Treatment of Pigmented Lesions & Thread Veins, Facial & Body Rejuvenation, Acne, Resurfacing, Wrinkle Reduction, Deep Dermal Sun Damage, and Fine Lines
· Complete treatments with given time limits to ensure clinic schedules are adhered, and effectively multi-task client care functions simultaneously & with other coworkers when needed
· Demonstrate advanced written communication with all professional documentation, and impeccable verbal communication skills with all interactions, especially when providing clients clear & thorough instructions that ensure they are educated/comfortable and eager to return
· Exhibit high-level computer and technical skills - including med spa equipment maintenance & troubleshooting, proficiency with online social media, and effective use of clinic EMR systems (experience with Meevo is preferred)
· Coordinate with all internal departments to achieve minimum financial targets for individual sales revenue, including demonstrated success in cross-selling and upselling.
· Achieve minimum target goals for new client acquisition, client retention, client rebooking, and client satisfaction
· Build rapport with existing & potential clients by playing an active role in personal promotions, social media efforts, utilizing portfolios of work, and participating in spa marketing initiatives with coworkers for business development
