Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPs to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Engage in developmentally sensitive and family-centered care practices, fostering a supportive environment for families and staff. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in clinical research opportunities, if desired. Provide education and mentorship to multidisciplinary team members and new staff. Qualifications: Current Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NO exceptions; FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications are not accepted). Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner; recent graduates are not eligible. Valid Florida state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
