Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member's medical record using the proprietary system.
Requirements

Your Qualifications:

NursePractitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking NursePractitioners that are:
Licensed in Illinois with a Psychiatric Mental Health NursePractitioner Certification (PMHNP-BC) and holding an active DEA.
Full Practice Authority License for Illinois is highly preferred but not required.
Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
