Role description
Under general nursing and medical direction, utilizing standardized procedures, the Nurse Practitioner functions within an organized system for the delivery of health care in association with other members of the multidisciplinary health care team and performs specialized nurse practitioner duties in clinical settings.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to:
* Provides routine preventative and continuity of care to adult and/or pediatric patients; this may include complete history and physical examinations.
* Orders diagnostic tests, which may include laboratory tests, X-rays and other imaging, E.K.G.'s, and other disease or condition specific diagnostic tests.
* Identifies and manages patients with unstable chronic diseases appropriate to clinical specialty.
* Provides urgent care to acutely ill patients.
* Acute care planning for patients in an inpatient setting.
* Assesses and diagnosis, develops treatment plans, and furnishes medications.
* Counsels and educates patients, and collaborates with healthcare team.
* Consults with physicians on the diagnosis and treatment of unstable and complex patient conditions.
* Documents medical records and adheres to patient privacy.

The base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $160,000 plus generous bonus, equity, and benefits. The final compensation package for each successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors unique to each candidate. These factors may include but are not limited to education, training, skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications and licensure, business needs, internal peer equity, and alignment with geographic and market data. Position Summary
This is a part-time (approximately 20 hours per week), temporary Nurse Practitioner position in the Student Health Center, part of the Student Health and Psychological Services unit within the Student Affairs division. Work schedule to be arranged according to current needs.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications for Nurse Practitioner include current California RN license, current California or ANA Nurse Practitioner Certification, current CPR certification, required continuing education units for California license.
Three years of progressively responsible experience as a registered nurse which has demonstrated that the applicant can adequately perform the duties shown above.
Graduation from a four-year college or university in nursing may be substituted for up to two years of experience.

Marin Community Clinics, founded in 1972, is today, a multi-clinic network with a wide array of integrated primary care, dental, behavioral, specialty and referral services. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide vital health services to almost 40,000 individuals annually in Marin County. The Clinics regularly receive national awards from the Health Resources and Services Administrations (HRSA). Our Mission is to promote health and wellness through excellent, compassionate care for all.
A Women's Health primary care practitioner is responsible for providing reproductive and specialty Women's Health Care to Marin Community Clinic patients. The provider will also work collaboratively with the primary care team, with a flexible schedule based on clinic needs. The provider ideally has prior experience and the ability to add clinical skills and expand scope of practice as required by the clinic. The practitioner must be interested in learning from the Gynecologic physicians and providers at MCC and work closely with them. The provider will participate in disseminating new knowledge, guidelines, or information to non-Women's Health providers in conjunction with the clinic Gynecology physicians.
3+ years of hands on primary care clinical experience is required (experience excludes clinical rotations/clerkships) will consider candidates who have completed a residency hands-on training program of 12 or more month's duration.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills desired.
Part-Time or Full-Time chedules - 24-40 hrs. per week.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care for reproductive and Women's Health patients.
Performs mix of both Women's Health and Primary Care across a woman's lifespan.
Appropriately refer patients to MCC Gynecology physicians and/or other outside specialists.
Collaborate with non-Women's Health providers in a consultation and educational capacity.
Communicate with patients' PCP providers if non-reproductive health concerns are identified.
Communicate and coordinate with the Behavioral Health Team for patients requiring BH services.
Communicate with staff RNs in the dissemination and follow up of abnormal patient results and any required reporting to the county.
Properly input relevant medical history and follow up plans into EHR as it pertains to reproductive health.
Participate in Quality Improvement projects as it pertains to Women's Health, such as cervical cancer, breast cancer, STI screening requirements.
Participate in audits and other required functions as assigned by the Gynecology Lead Physician in regard to Title X grant, Essential Access, CDP and Every Woman Counts programs.
Participate in the bi-monthly Women's Health meetings.
Attend continuing medical education activities within the field to stay abreast of new treatment options, guidelines, and current practice.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Board Certified/Eligible in Gynecology, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice OR Active Physician's Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse certification.
A valid and unrestricted license issued by the Nursing Board of California or Physician's Assistant Board of California to practice medicine.
One year of experience post-licensure is required.

As the client's private longevity precision medicine clinician, he/she is responsible for providing client's medical and health management services
Participate in the Nucleus Medical Group, focusing on day-to-day clinical operations and development, as well as personalized, prevention focused medical care and targeted health promotion services
Provide regular clinical support within the practice and also via telemedicine modalities (e.g. phone, email, video chat)

Coordinate with HLI's Care Delivery System daily to deliver medical care and to support client's consultation services with medical specialist

Regularly review and deliver consolidated reports to clients and develop health goals

Minimum Qualifications (Must have)
