Division LeadershipEstablish standards and monitors the clinical performance of the division; develop policies and procedures that are necessary to support the provision of care provided by the Division and the clinical outcome/quality goals of CNMC. Set the research directions for the Division and its members, in concert with the Center leadership and the Children's Research Institute. Take a leadership role in promoting the activity of the Division to enhance CNMC's clinical and academic reputation within the community and, as appropriate, nationally/internationally, and work, in concert with the institution, in marketing of Division activities. Develop the educational activities of the Division, including educational activities specific to the Division and the educational needs of the institution as a whole. This may include intramural as well as regional and national education. Ensure adherence within the Division of the hospital and medical staff bylaws and policies and procedures.
