General Function: Responsible for providing quality medical care, specific to specialty, to NHA patients on both outpatient and in-patient status. Within the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Care Team, Certified Nurse Practitioners collaborate closely with patients and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support shared goals.
