Functions independently as a certified nursepractitioner for a patient population in collaboration and consultation with a licensed patient care team physician. Practices in accordance with a written or electronic practice agreement.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Independently assesses acute and non-acute clinical problems. Performs and documents physical assessments and patient histories, analyzes trends in patient conditions, and develops, documents and implements a patient management plan in response to the data obtained. This also includes assisting in the development of the nursing plan of care in addition to providing appropriate patient/ family/significant other counseling and education.
Plans patient care based on in-depth knowledge of the specific patient population and/ or protocol, anticipating and identifying physiological and/ or psychological problems commonly encountered including the consideration of the patient's cultural background, level of understanding, personality and support systems. Serves as patient advocate.
Patient management includes the following:
Writes admission, transfers and discharges orders.
Orders and interprets appropriate laboratory and diagnostic studies.
Orders of appropriate medication and treatments.
Refers patients for consultation when indicated i.e. dermatology, neurology, ophthalmology, endocrine, surgery, intensive care, infectious disease, hematology, psychiatry, social service, dietary, etc.
Documentation through in-depth progress notes and summaries.
May perform invasive procedures independently upon the completion of documented competency.
Participates in patient care rounds and conferences. Communicates patient management strategies to members of the patient care team. Collaborates with members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure that patient management strategies are successful in meeting patient care needs.
Recognizes situations which require the immediate attention of a physician, and initiates life-saving procedures when necessary.
Uses advanced communication skills to problem solve complex situations and to improve processes and service to patients.
Other Responsibilities may include:
Collaborates with other multidisciplinary team members to analyze and evaluate current systems of health care delivery to identify and implement new practice patterns as appropriate.
Participates in outside activities that enhance personal and professional growth and development.

Role Overview
We are seeking skilled and motivated NursePractitioners to provide concierge aesthetic services within their local communities. Prior hands-on experience in aesthetic injectables is strongly preferred.
Candidates without active injecting experience may still be considered; however, completion of Skin Clique's training is required prior to advancing in the interview process or providing patient care.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive aesthetic and skincare consultations
Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and skin health
Safely perform aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and dermaplaning
Educate patients on treatment options, skincare routines, and post-procedure care
Monitor outcomes and provide appropriate follow-up care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Adhere to Skin Clique clinical protocols, safety standards, and sanitation requirements
Promote Skin Clique services and products to support patient retention and practice growth
Participate in required training, continuing education, and virtual team meetings
Collaborate with a nationwide provider community while maintaining autonomy in practice
Qualifications
Active board certification as a NursePractitioner (NP)
Master's degree from an accredited NP program
Active, unrestricted license in the state of practice
Prescriptive authority (as applicable by state)
Current BLS or ACLS certification
Ability to provide in-person concierge aesthetic services within your local community, or access to a physical space to provide in-person aesthetic and wellness services
Auto insurance coverage
Availability to dedicate 10+ hours per week to building your Skin Clique practice
Preferred: Active or recent hands-on experience performing aesthetic injectables
Required if not actively experienced: Completion of Skin Clique's training prior to treating patients independently
Strong fine motor skills and clinical judgment
Professional, patient-centered, and entrepreneurial mindset
Training Requirement Notice
Skin Clique requires all providers to demonstrate competency in aesthetic treatments prior to treating patients independently. Depending on experience level, this may include completion of Skin Clique's training before advancing in the interview process.
Benefits:
This is a 1099 contractor position. There are no Skin Clique paid healthcare benefits provided. Skin Clique offers the option to enroll in self-paid healthcare coverage, opting into this is at the provider's discretion.
