Typical Appointments In-person appointments consist of general medical evaluations in your practice. Evaluations are performed once per veteran and typically take 30 to 90 minutes. There are no ongoing treatment needs for these veterans; it is a one-time encounter. We Schedule Around Your Availability. Make your own schedule! Our current need is 2-3 days per week. We efficiently schedule a series of evaluation appointments that last no more than a total of eight hours on each of those days.
