GENERAL SUMMARY
The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current medical records, administering follow-up appointments and dose evaluations for OUD medications. This position provides primary medical care to patients enrolled in the program for treatment of substance use disorders.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides primary care patients of the Nisqually Generations Healing Center with appropriate clinical management which may include prescription of medications, referrals, and education/counselling. Manages common health issues that arise including Hepatitis C, Wound Management, URI, HTN, and asthma.
Diagnoses or treats complex, unstable, comorbid, episodic, or emergency conditions in collaboration with other health care providers as necessary.
Provides medical services including taking a history and physical examination for the opiate treatment program and performs appropriate follow-up visits.
Accurately and efficiently monitor daily doses of Methadone/Buprenorphine (Suboxone/Subutex) or other medications as indicated by the physician.
Develops treatment plans, based on scientific rationale, standards of care, and professional practice guidelines.
Provides general health counseling services under the supervision of the Medical Director and follows the progress of patients. Makes appropriate records of findings during examinations and submits charts to the Medical Doctor for review and signature.

No prior aesthetic experience required.
As an expert Aesthetic Provider at Skin Clique, you will deliver treatments directly to patients at their homes or other preferred settings, following our established safety protocols and best practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough treatment and skincare consultations
Administering Skin Clique treatments such as neurotoxin injections, chemical peels, and dermaplaning on a regular basis to maintain required skills
Educating patients on our services and providing detailed aftercare instructions
Monitoring follow-up care to ensure satisfaction with results
Responding promptly and professionally to patient questions and concerns
Adhering to Skin Clique's policies, procedures, and maintaining high sanitation and sterilization standards
Keeping detailed records of all treatments in our electronic medical record system
Promoting Skin Clique's services and products to drive patient acquisition and retention
Contributing to a positive work environment by upholding our core values and maintaining a positive attitude
Attending and actively participating in training sessions and virtual staff meetings regularly
Requirements
This position requires you to provide in-person, concierge aesthetics procedures throughout your community.
Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Master's Degree from an accredited NP or PA program
Current BLS or ACLS certification
Auto-Insurance Coverage
Availability to dedicate 10+ hours per week to growing your Skin Clique practice
Commitment to complete Skin Clique training and demonstrate safe, effective administration of treatments
Proficient fine motor skill for performing procedural treatments
Preferred experience in patient acquisition
Capability to work independently while also collaborating seamlessly with other Skin Clique providers

Motor Skills Requirement: Candidates must possess adequate motor function to physically interact with patients, such as assessing anatomy and physiology to determine appropriate dosage and treatment plans. Roles and Responsibilities
Conducts assessments, which includes comprehensive annual wellness exams on patients both in the patients' home and in the virtual environmentâ¯
Counsels and educates patients and families about benefits and programs available to help them live healthier lives
Documents items such as: appropriate chief complaint, all applicable diagnosis, past medical, family, and social history, review of systems, examinations, medications, allergies, assessment, and plan
Responsible for the coordination of care with primary care providers, specialists, and appropriate ancillary services
Completes all documentation and paperwork in a timely manner
Maintains quality of care standards as defined by the practice
This position will not be office-based but will be remote in state in which employed and will need to attend periodic training/meetings outside of that state

Position Requirements
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required in this role. The company will support your certification completion through onboarding.

Board certified for appropriate licensure (NP: ANCC/AANP; PA: NCCPA)
Current and unrestricted DEA certificate
Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
Access to transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance

Knowledge of computer-based data management programs and information systems, as well as medical records and point-of-interview technology
