Responsibilities:
Conduct physical exams, bloodwork reviews, and functional assessments with a deep-rooted focus on identifying the root cause of client symptoms.
Personalize treatment plans using a tiered approach that may include lifestyle recommendations, stress management techniques, health supplement protocols, functional and longevity based interventions, peptide solutions, IV therapies, tools for hormone optimization via HRT, and more
Translate complex medical insights and interpret comprehensive lab testing into client-friendly language that connects the dots and uncovers root causes, and communicate next steps clearly and compassionately
Collaborate with team members daily, including Client Advocates, RNs, Front of House staff, and fellow NursePractitioners - in addition to willingness and supportiveness during training/shadowing of new Relive Health centers, on occasion, during their onboarding.
Maintain client privacy, and a safe and sanitary environment by applying principles of HIPAA, medical asepsis, universal precautions, and infection control protocols
Document with accuracy and detail; chart same-day using EHR and proper documentation methods.
Maintain active licensure, compliance and safety training, and continuing education
Stay engaged with clinical advancements in hormone health, peptide therapies, medical weight loss, functional medicine, and regenerative therapies and maintain an ongoing commitment to learning and advancement
Ideal Background:
Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice (Florida)
3+ years of clinical experience in hormone optimization and functional medicine
Experience or interest in innovative treatments, such as hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, peptide protocols, and medical weight loss
Comfortable with learning new systems (lab portal, pharmacy portal, EMR)
