Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL is currently hiring a NursePractitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) at Resurrection Medical Center to support our cardiology team! This position offers the chance to work in a high-acuity cardiac care setting alongside board-certified cardiologists, providing outpatient and limited inpatient care to patients with cardiovascular conditions.
Position Details:
Will be employed by Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group.
Full time | Dayshift schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am- 5 pm
Limited weekends or call
Conduct patient assessments and cardiac evaluations
Manage chronic cardiac conditions such as CHF, CAD, arrhythmias, and post-MI care
Assist with medication management, lifestyle counseling, and patient education
Collaborate with cardiologists to monitor and adjust treatment plans
Support post-discharge follow-up and transitional care
Collegial work environment with advanced technologies and excellent support staff

Qualifications
Current NursePractitioner or Physician Assitant license in Illinois
Certification as a NursePractitioner or Physician Assitant with cardiology experience
At least 1 year of experience in cardiology or internal medicine preferred
ACLS and BLS certification required

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $120,000-$130,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
