Our cardiology physician team is seeking a physician assistant to assist with hospital rounds, consults, and outpatient clinic that will allow you to enjoy practicing medicine in a professional and personally rewarding environment with a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers. The group currently consists of 2 physicians and 2 ACP's dedicated to providing high quality heart and vascular care. Our ideal candidate would have a minimum of two years of clinical experience in cardiac medicine as an advanced practice practitioner. Qualifications This position will also include: Combination of inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic responsibilities Call responsibilities inlude weekend rotation between three APP's - each weekend is covered by one physician and one APP Ideal candidate should be flexible, affable, creative, energetic, and can show compassion while working with patients. Position requires: Florida licensure and certification PA-C or APRN. Clinical experience as an APP in ICU or cardiac medicine is required.
