As an integrated healthcare system, Orlando Health has joined forces with the nationally respected, physician-led practice of Watson Clinic to bring exceptional healthcare to the communities of Polk County and the surrounding region. A robust cardiovascular program will offer diagnostic cardiology services upon opening, with the addition of PCI care soon after and further progressing to include structural heart disease and advanced electrophysiology (EP) programs. With a strong neurology focus on stroke and spine care, the hospital is expected to advance to a primary stroke center soon after opening with comprehensive stroke center to follow. A full obstetrical unit also will be highlighted on opening day with eight labor and delivery rooms, two designated C-section operating rooms and more than 25 postpartum rooms. A 12-bed neonatal intensive care unit will debut shortly after the hospital opens.

The Role:
Working in small teams with other highly capable and passionate clinicians, the ARNP will provide comprehensive evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment to patients affected by dementia. This role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and Rippl Medical Director to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patients' needs and promote overall well-being. Essential Functions:
Develop high-quality therapeutic alliances with patients and their caregivers, providing direct patient care for dementia issues
Guide patients and their families through the journey of dementia
Lead interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and consultations to discuss patient care and treatment strategies
Provide ongoing cognitive, behavioral and psychopharmacological assessments and treatments
Evaluate caregiver stress and strain through a validated assessment and support care plan to improve
Coordinate patient care with primary care providers and specialists, nurses and home health aides, including handling more complex cases
Coordinate patient care and caregiver support with Rippl social workers and Care Navigators
Assist in advanced care planning for both patients and families
Stay informed about current research, best practices, and evidence-based treatments in dementia care through continuing education and professional development activities
Adhere to legal and ethical standards of practice, including maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding professional boundaries
Qualifications:
An unrestricted, current Texas state license to work as an advanced practice registered nurse (board certified)
Geriatric Medicine, Palliative Care or Chronic Care management experience preferred
Unrestricted ability & willingness to license in other 50 states per business needs
Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire if requested
A deep passion for taking care of older patients and developing longitudinal care relationships with them and their families
Interest in learning a new skill set and pioneering a new workforce
Comfort and/or experience working with interdisciplinary teams
1-2+ years of experience managing older adult patients in outpatient, inpatient or long-term care settings (preferred but not required)

Job Description
Seeking nighttime nurse practitioners to join a top Level I trauma hospital serving the wonderful patients of the Tampa Bay, Florida area. This large team of physicians and advanced practice professionals provides inpatient care with the utmost excellence.

With nearly 60 providers, the team thrives off of collaboration and has a great system in place for flexible scheduling of 7 on / 7 off, consisting of night shifts of 7 pm - 7 am
Patient census is a manageable daily load, and the APP will have other provider(s) on the same rotation and a strong team of clinical support
Must have a minimum of two years of experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner in hospital inpatient medicine and acute-care training
Active Florida medical licensure is already preferred
Contracts are full-time, W2, employed, offering a competitive base salary along with full benefits

We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join our practice at Florida Neurovascular Institute! As a General Practitioner, you will be managing a changing caseload of adult patients with neurological diseases. You will be assessing their needs, ordering or performing tests, interpreting results, and offering diagnoses, prescriptions, and referrals, as needed. In addition, you will be managing patient reporting and charting. The ideal candidate has experience working in a clinical outpatient and inpatient setting, can multitask efficiently, and has an excellent bedside manner.
Responsibilities
Provides medical service to all patient in clinical practice settings practice, including diagnosing issues and illnesses, prescribing appropriate medications, and offering referrals as needed to other specialists
Order or perform tests as needed, and analyze results in a timely manner to offer diagnosis
Manage a reasonable patient caseload while providing exceptional care
Properly complete all appropriate paperwork for each patient seen and maintain accurate records
Participate in ongoing training and support through conferences and events to continue to offer the best, up to date care for every patient
Assist in reviewing additional patient charts as needed and offer medical assistance or advice
Qualifications
All licensing and certification required to practice within the state
Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
The ability to provide exceptional care to each and every patient
