Program Overview:
Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time advance practice provider to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. Rogers PHP and IOP programs serve as intermediate levels of care for patients who need more intensive treatment than can be provided in a traditional outpatient setting. Our multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, internists, psychologists, nurses, therapists, dietitians and mental health technicians are committed to providing compassionate, effective care for those diagnosed with mental disorders. Patients attend programming Monday-Friday, returning home in the evenings. PHP and IOP may be a step-down from a more acute care setting such as residential or inpatient, programs may also be preventive to an acute level of care admission. PHP and IOP programs are group-based therapy with medication management services.
Responsibilities for Role:
Ensure the quality and sustainability of the medical services of assigned patients.
Demonstrate professional and accurate communication with staff, patients, families and community partners.
Engage in quality initiatives including effective treatment and discharge planning.
Maintain a positive relationship with clinical, operational and support teams.
Assist with the development of external community provider relationships upon request.
Provide quality evidence-based care in a multidisciplinary team setting
Responsible for conducting psychiatric assessments, determining diagnoses, completing appropriate exams as needed (including H&P), and prescribing medications for patients with psychiatric conditions.

Responsibilities
As a valued member of our care team, you will provide comprehensive OB/GYN services in a collaborative environment alongside three board-certified OBGYNs and one Family Nurse Practitioner. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Performing IUD and Nexplanon insertions
Managing new OB confirmation visits and routine prenatal care
Conducting patient consultations, exams, and treatment plans
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
Educating patients on health, wellness, and preventative care
Collaborating closely with physicians to ensure seamless, high-quality care
We also offer training for procedures such as saline infusion sonograms (SIS) with biopsy. Note: This role does not include colposcopies or LEEPs.
