DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Leadership: Engages in remote and in-person supervision in collaboration with the Medical Director, including virtual case discussions, care-plan development, escalated patient issues & reactions, review of infusion protocols, and documentation audits. Ensure that clinical protocols are being followed, and patient safety is prioritized.
