Alerts provider or Registered Nurse (RN) of any patient needing immediate assistance. - Communicates with clinic leader about the quantity of supplies that equipment needed for patient care is available at all times for the clinic needs. - Prepares for clinic by completing paperwork procedures, assuring all necessary information, prior authorizations or pre-certifications, etc. Assists with customer service representative duties as needed. Education: - High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) required - Graduate of medical assistant program, preferred.
