Position Summary

Job Description:
We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to our clients. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, administer medication under the direction of a nurse, and provide emotional support to clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help with mobility and transfers
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping duties
Provide companionship and emotional support
Monitor and report changes in clients' health status
Follow care plans and work closely with the care team
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PCA or CNA certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Ability to follow care plans and instructions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
