Receive callouts from CNA field staff and reassign patient visits as needed
Ensure that the daily schedule of patients is complete and updated in database. Assist with staffing assignments for new admissions and scheduling as needed/directed by supervisor.
Respond to phone calls from all disciplines, family members and referral sources to assist with concerns or general CNA related questions. Follow up with staff to provide support and education as needed.
Assist with the preparation and facilitation of new-hire orientations for all CNA field staff
Complete weekly reports which will be addressed in a weekly meeting with direct supervisor
Assist in reviewing and exporting all visits in our database, communicating with CNAs in reference to their documentation and timecards and then reporting this information to supervisor weekly.
Qualifications

Excellent communication skills
