Job Purpose and Overview
Customer Success Representative 2's is the initial point of contact for customers and our sales team, providing support in various aspects or order processing. Customer Success Representative's II primary function is to help ensure operational excellence through extended knowledge, responsibility, and processes. Providing support in resolving complex issues through ownership or leveraging insights and perspectives of our cross functional teams. Manage customer complaints effective while maintain professionalism and finding resolution within established guidelines. What will you do as a Customer Success Rep 2 at Dawn Foods?
Manage assigned accounts through open lines of communication by having regular check-ins, order updates, and driving e-commerce platform. Notify customers promptly about shortages or supply delays that impact service, providing specifics about timelines and/or alternate options.
Account ownership of House Accounts which includes all communication & order management with the customer.
Mentor CSR I's by providing training and working with them on troubleshooting/escalations.
Support and collaborate with peers and Sales during PTO coverage to ensure that essential tasks are completed effectively.
Manage Customer Concerns/Credit process, and process return authorizations (customer calls with concerns of quality issues, truck hits a dock, etc.) Coordinate internally that appropriate approvals occur, documenting, and aligning paperwork to ensure alignment prior to issuing credit.
Collaborate directly with cross functional Teams to trouble shoot customer issues and ensure excellent customer service throughout the entire customer journey.
Utilize Salesforce to enter Customer Leads and Sample Requests to ensure proper documentation and approvals.
Work directly with the Transportation Supervisor/team to update, plan, and revise delivery schedules as necessary and assist with communication to customers during territory re-alignments.
Be a Subject Matter Expert for all Dawn facilitated platforms.
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Customer Success management.

While most opportunities are based in the U.S., with approximately 150 locations across 34 states, internships are also available in select international locations, offering a global perspective on Sonoco's operations. Sonoco's internship program is designed to be a stepping stone into an Emerging Leader Program Full-Time Associate role.
Internships are paid, and relocation assistance is provided (U-Haul cargo trailer). We also provide a housing and activity allowance, and Sonoco sponsored activities with other interns and new Emerging Leaders Associates.
This position is within our Sonoco Metal Packaging division, located at our Columbus, Ohio facility with opportunity to visit other sites.

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Sciences, or Technology majors
Previous internship experience (preferably in Manufacturing or functional area)

Job Description
As a Single Family Business Development Manager for our Moen brand, you will be developing a market strategy focused on national and regional single-family home builders to convert builder business and expand market share in Virginia, Maryland and DC. You will be working with other territory managers and supporting wholesalers within the market.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in outside sales and large account management, be extremely autonomous, and able to travel overnight approximately 4-6 overnights per month. You may also have a background in contract negotiation and managing a P&L.

Achieve annual sales plan. Deliver results that contribute to the attainment of the annual plan.

Expand current relationships and grow share with top national, regional and local builders.
Mentor Territory Managers with BDM competency skills by working with them in the region and sharing knowledge.

Develop fact-based business case proposals and presents to key business decision makers.

Job Purpose and Overview

Assist with quarterly Subpart F and GILTI calculations.
Assist with quarterly Pillar 2 calculations and other Pillar 2 matters.
Assist with our annual transfer price compliance study and other transfer pricing special projects.
Assist with tax aspects of M&A transactions.
Provide support for or lead various tax projects as needed.
Build collaborative relationships across the organization.
Other duties as assigned.

We'd love to hear from you if:
At least 5 years of directly related corporate tax compliance and provision experience in public accounting and/or with a multinational company, primarily experience with large, complex, multinational U.S. income tax filings.
Firm grasp of US federal income tax laws and regulations for international subsidiaries (Subpart F, FTC, GILTI, BEAT, etc.).
Detail oriented focus with excellent analytic, problem solving, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to work effectively as both an individual and in a team environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment when required.
Bachelor degree in accounting or taxation; MST/CPA preferred.
Experience with Corptax, HFM, and OneStream preferred, but not necessary.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Compensation:
Associate Manager, Tax: The annual base salary range for this role is from $122,240 to $137,520, plus annual target bonus of 7.5% of base salary.

Your Opportunity
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving assigned regional sales goals and growth through effective sales planning and execution. Provides samples and may demonstrate the use of specific items as part of the sales process.
Determines and drives execution of key programs based on regions' needs and requirements (sales incentives, account specific marketing programs, etc.).
Sales Plans
Implements and executes Smithfield sales plans to promote product lines.
Customizes plans to meet the local and regional marketing cultures.
Assists sales and brokers in developing and executing sales promotions of products.
Utilizes syndicated data and all resources to drive sales plans.
Meet Sales Objectives
Maintains coordination with integral company functions to ensure sales objectives are met.
