JOB SUMMARY: The Nurse Shadow Experience position is available for nursing students in their PN2 semester of a LPN nursing program. This position shadows a licensed LPN and/or RN in their daily activities allowing for observation of communication skills and provides knowledge building while working with residents/patients.
