CNA experience within the last two years.
Current CPR certification.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and liability insurance.

EQUIPMENT USED: Transportation. Blood Pressure Cuff, Stethoscope designated per Plan of Care. The Certified NursingAide spends the majority of time involved in direct patient care within the client's place of residence that may vary in the degree accessibility from one client to another. Physical demands include but are not limited to the ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. The CNA is responsible for dealing with a variety of patient disorders and family environments. The CNA accepts assignments based on availability and caseload. There is no guarantee of length of assignment or number of hours per week. Travel is necessary within a specified area. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Maintain certification with DFS.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
